We have three basic rate structures described below.

 

Once we process and develop the program we will set a target start date that will provide the highest quality results. This allows us time to develop your individualized script, prepare it for our staff and train our/your Telemarketing team.

 

All payment authorizations must be received in advance.

 

If you supply the calling list, please keep in mind that it takes an average of 60 contacts to create one appointment when we are calling from a mailing or cold list. On a lead or current client list we need about 30 contacts per appointment we set. The total number of calls we make is twice the amount of contacts.

 

Order forms, scripts, and calling lists may be sent by: Fax, E-Mail, Postal Delivery, or Overnight Mail. We prefer to discuss the order in detail after we receive it to insure accuracy and calling limitations.

 

Once we receive your order form, check, and calling list, we schedule the order and give you a projected date that we will complete your order. On average we can usually create your appointments one week later, setting the appointments for the following week. This allows us time to develop your individualized script, prepare it for our staff and Telemarketers to call, and confirm each appointment before you go on it.

 

All suggested parameters for qualifying appointments are guidelines only. We reserve the right to adjust the qualifying parameters in the event that they are too limiting to produce qualified appointments. If so, we may utilize our own list of contacts, and will search for contacts using parameters that are similar in nature to those discussed. This may require soliciting contacts over a gradually widening geographic area, or other adjustments to provide you with what we believe will be appointments similar in nature to the original parameters discussed. We assume no responsibility for cancellations or any honest misunderstandings on the Telemarketers behalf after our initial telephone conversation. It is out of our control if the prospect lies to our verifier or telemarketer. We reserve the right to refuse calling and are not responsible for appointments set from outdated lists and databases, or inaccurate information received in preparing the order.
